This is one of our favorite Thursdays of the year as it's the first FULL weekend of airshows across the country. Let's get the 2020 season going!
MCAS Yuma welcomes the U.S. Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team with the new Commander/pilot Kristen "BEO" Wolfe, #Aftershock Jet Fire Engine, Tora Tora Tora Airshows, Kent Pietsch Airshows, Immortal Red Baron, USMC AV-8 Harrier Demo Team, and some great warbirds from the CAF SoCal wing. Rob Reider Air Show Announcer will be on hand as well.
Just to the west, it's the NAF El Centro, CA Air Show featuring (of course) the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, A-10C Thunderbolt II Demonstration Team, Shockwave Jet Truck & Flash Fire Jet Trucks, Mini Jet Airshows, Vicky Benzing, John Collver, U.S. Navy Parachute Team "The Leap Frogs", Black Daggers, and the Planes of Fame Air Museum F-86 and MiG15, and the DreamBIG Entertainment LLC F/A-18 Super Hornet cockpit. Laughlin Air Force Base 2020 Fiesta of Flight Air and Space Expowelcomes the Air Force Thunderbirds, Wings of Blue - USAF Parachute Team, Red Bull Air Force, Jeff Shetterly and the Shetterly Squadron, RANDY W. BALL, Adam Baker Airshows, Commemorative Air Force B-25 Devil Dog, T-33 Acemaker, and more!
And, the Lonestar STOL Competition & Fly-in takes place where you'll see some amazing pilots take off and land in not much more space than your average driveway!
